When we initially checked in everything went smooth but the first room was terrible it looked as though nothing was cleaned the tub had dirt on the bottom the toilet seat liked over used and abused the walls were funky they ac unit had stuff in it there were wires hanging out of the ceiling where the fire alarm should’ve been ( I have pictures of everything) so the manager offered a second room and it was a little better then the first room but still terrible as wires was still hanging out of the ceiling where the far alarm should have been and the floors were sticky and wholes where in the walls and gunk was still all over the place the hotel need Jesus (I want to include pictures) I was just ready to go as soon as I checked in but I just dealt with it since the staff was ok even though they don’t have a 24 hour desk they just have a phone number to call which they may or may not pick up after hours… I was dealing with it until my last few days me and my husband were not provided with room service and wasn’t given any instructions on what to do when we needed new trash bags or anything so we would put a grocery bag tied up outside the door till we get up to take on our way out (only done two times) and it would be taken by the time we would wake up to take it out it would be gone so that’s what we did until the manager knocked on our door at 7am talking about take it to the end of the hall and put it in the trash which was a couple steps away from our new room. I got there to check in and theg said they never received my reservation fron Expedia even after I showed them my confirmation numbers and method of payment. Was told to leave and contact Expedia which I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Expedia until Sunday morning.

This is most definitely the nastiest place I have stayed at in YEARS, and I’ve had to stay in motels from time to time, and this makes those look like 5 star hotels. Never again staying here.

The refrigerator in my suite was broken and smelled horrible. The sink was stopped up and garbage disposal didn’t work so the drain smelled horrible. There were gnats coming out of the sink. The electrical In The room must have had a short In It because all the lamps flickered and the cable box to the tv kept clicking on and off. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the air coming out of the heater/air conditioner smelled musty. The only reason I stayed was because it was late and I needed to sleep but I was very disappointed and I will never book this hotel again.

I have traveled for 12 years for work and this by far was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First off the room we booked wasn’t clean/ready and they didn’t have any others like the one we booked so they ended up placing us in 4 different rooms, which all were disgusting. Told us our original room would be ready by 9. I got up early to check on room which wasn’t ready, went back at noon wasn’t ready and finally went back at 2 to find it ready. Moved to new room which manager seemed to be so proud that this was clean for my family, which included a baby, which wasn’t, but was tired of moving to dirty room after room. I ended up buying cleaner and got on hands and knees to clean floors. They were sticky, rags would be covered in black after wiping the floors. After multiple passes of cleaning the floors anytime you walked across your feet were nasty. There was trash hidden in the hotel, microwave door handle was broke off so had to rig it in order to use it, kitchen sink was so clogged anytime you used dishwasher water would almost over flow in sink, the hall ways were disgusting and trash every where, smells like skunk constantly, cops constantly patrolling due to things going on inside there. After we got all checked in and after all the disgusting/unclean rooms we were moved to the manager had the nerve to ask me to please leave her a good review. This place should be condemned and hotel should be ashamed of theirselves. NEVER STAY HERE ITS DISGUSTING!!!!!

Very nasty and run down filthy. Place with loitering men harassing and I felt unsafe pay $50 more n go to the Westin Southfield it was roaches on the counter I left and did not get a refund

Horrible place to stay. Reserved my room a week in advance and when I got there it wasnt cleaned yet. I had to change rooms 4 different times because every one they tried to put me in was dirty. The room I finally got the next day was cleaner than the others but still dirty. The hallways reek of weed and the trash is over flowing with god knows what. It smells like days old seafood. The are around the hotel didn’t seem bad but cops are constantly patrolling the hotel parking lot. Apparently the hotel is know for drugs and prostitution. I would highly recommend paying a little more and going somewhere else.

This hotel was poorly maintained cabin doors falling off refrigerator look like it was going to fall through the floor but I could still slept there with exception they had no towels on the property at all for showering washing your hands anything no soap no shampoo nothing they didn't even have a blanket on the bed just one sheet and then they had no cups plastic or glass anything ask the staff about it they said they had none to give you so I left called Expedia and gave him my information and complain about the situation worst hotel I've ever stayed in not stayed in hotels all across the world but never stay here again definitely beware they say they will give you the towels and stuff on the website but they don't
