Welcome to our spacious 4,000 sq. ft. four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Clinton Township, Michigan. This inviting residence is situated on a quiet, tree-lined street and offers the perfect retreat for families, friends, and business travelers. The home includes access to a kitchen, living room, dining room, and private office, making it ideal for guests seeking a blend of relaxation and productivity. In addition, you’ll have access to a fitness center and a sunny sundeck for outdoor relaxation. If you’re not in the mood to cook, a variety of excellent restaurants and lively bars are just a short drive away, providing a range of dining and nightlife options to explore.

• Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a
stand-alone shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, and television.
• Bedroom 2: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
• Bedroom 3: King-size bed, shared bathroom with shower.
• Bedroom 4: King-size bed, private bathroom with shower.
The first floor features the main bedroom suite with a private balcony overlooking lush greenery, while the main floor offers additional bedrooms and bathrooms, including a full bath and half bath.
Main Living Areas & Amenities
• Kitchen: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and essential cookware. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen table or in the dining room, which seats up to ten.
• The Living Room is a cozy and comfortable space to relax with family and friends.
• Office: A private office setup with high-speed internet, multi-monitor station, standing desk, and walking treadmill pad.
• Outdoor Space: Step outside to an oversized deck with a BBQ grill and ample seating. The deck overlooks a beautifully landscaped backyard and side yard spanning approximately 1 acre, perfect for relaxing, dining, or outdoor activities.
Parking: The property includes five accessible parking spaces, with a three-car garage (garage use is not included in the rental).
Security: Eight outdoor motion-detecting cameras, a Ring doorbell, and an active security system ensure peace of mind.
Please Note: My family and I live in the basement and will be available if you need assistance while respecting your privacy.

3. Guests and Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome, but please inform us in advance.
4. No Smoking: This is a smoke-free home.
5. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use all amenities, but please clean up afterward.
6. Respect Shared Spaces: Please maintain cleanliness and respect our privacy, as we respect yours.
7. BBQ Grill and Deck: Clean up after using the BBQ and outdoor seating area.
8. Trash and Recycling: Follow local guidelines and dispose of trash and recycling in designated bins.
