Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the rooms alarm clock suddenly went off and could not get it to turn off! Had to take it and but it in the bathroom. Needless to say the unready horrible sleep from the bed and than an alarm that would not shut off made for not so pleasant stay.

More than adequate for a quick hitter. Not much dining on the west side of 75 or the immediate area. Jett’s Pizza save the day though. Lots of trucking as Ford’s Stamping Plant is just a few blocks away. It was clean though. Great for a one nighter. I would look deeper though for an extended stay.

The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The suite was very comfortable and beautiful. The only drawback was that there was only one washroom. It is inconvenient when you have 2 big families sharing the place.

Nice hotel but needs to be cleaned better
We’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodhaven many times while visiting our family. We always found the hotel to be comfortable, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and the room where they have it is spacious and can accommodate a good number of guests. The only negative we found this time was the cleaning staff. The bed was not made up well every day, with the top sheet not pulled up but scrunched under the comforter. What really bothered us was that the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned the whole four days we were there. There was a tissue and floss I deliberately left on the floor to see if it had been picked up each day but unfortunately it was still there every day. One day I had to go to the desk to ask for toilet paper since the second roll wasn’t put in. My husband and I do like this hotel, but the cleaning staff needs more training.
