For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, and the gated community had a very nice pool area, and nice gym. Property manager was great with communication, and response time. There were just a few issues with the property, which I brought to her attention. It is a ground floor until, so when in bed, you were listening to the people above you walking around. Good location.

Lovely condo
The condo was furnished nicely. Having a kitchen supplied with pots/pans/baking ware made having friends over for lunch/dinner as easy as if we were in our home. The location was perfect for us to visit friends and family. Having a laundry room with a washer/dryer (even laundry detergent!) was a real bonus (less luggage!). The host was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions. We really appreciated that this condo was pet friendly and our little dog was quite content.

A perfect stay
I had a great time staying here with my family while visiting friends and family in MI. The condo was in a safe, quiet neighborhood that offered great amenities. We especially enjoyed checking out both of the pools! The condo itself was exactly as it has been listed, everything was clean and in good condition. I hope to be back next time I’m in town!

Nice apartment
All was very nice and clean. Our only reason for giving 4 stars was that the listing said there was a balcony (this was one of our major requirements).There was no balcony as it was a first floor apartment. The owner said there was a sitting area outside the master bedroom which we found unusable as it was wet and muddy and a very small space located directly behind bushes.

This was a very nice place, close enough to the venue we were going to, but far enough away from all traffic and busyness of the neighboring city. The place was very clean, updated, and accommodating to all our needs. Communication with the host was pleasant and was very quick to respond when questions arised. Will definitely consider staying at this place again.

Great apartment
We had to travel at the last minute for a family funeral, and we are thankful that this apartment was available. For us, it was the perfect location, and it was great to relax for a few minutes in a comfortable place after difficult days. I would highly recommend this for stays in the Novi area.

Perfect for a University of Michigan Game Day!
We booked this spot for a Saturday game at U of M. The location is perfect! Close enough to the university (40 minutes with gameday traffic) and equally close to some great spots for dinner, breweries, etc. The beds were comfy - the area was roomy. Two bathrooms with full mirrors so getting cleaned up was easy breezy. Perfect location and will stay again!

It's a lower unit -- unfortunately those above must have been night owls as could hear them well after midnight on squeaky floors. Our kids slept thru it as we brought a noise machine but was tougher for us. Other than that this is an ideal unit and have now stayed twice and will look to stay again for future soccer tournaments.

Nice temporary housing
We were selling our home and wanted to stay offsite to avoid constant cleaning between showings. This rental was only 30 minutes away. Lots to do nearby and the garage was a nice perk. When it rained, we watched tv on the big screen.

Comfortable condo in quiet neighborhood
This condo was perfect for our stay for a few days in the Detroit area. The unit is just a short walk to the pool/gym/tennis court. It was clean and well-stocked; the garage was a nice bonus too! Owner, Margie, was prompt, easy to reach and very professional.

Nice place to stay in Novi
The apartment is in a big complex which is pleasant to walk around. Within walking distance of a nature trail, the Novi Ice Rink, the Novi Athletic Club, and a dog park. Owner responded quickly to our issue when the door lock stopped working. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Nicely furnished two bed & two bath condo first level walk out which is great. Plenty of extra linens & wonderful to have washer/dryer. Cute new kitchen with awesome coffee bar. Good size tv. Overall we were very pleased with this place. There were many added touches which made us feel welcome. This would be five starts but for the condition of the walkways, driveway and snow inside the garage. Any other season this would not be a problem but winter visitors need to be aware of a lack of outside snow removal.
