My Spacious 4 bedroom is a Unique home, renovated with Taste, IT and amenities for Anyone's Needs!
It offers a King size Suite, 2 Queen bedrooms and a full size bedroom. It has 2.5 bathrooms 1 with shower & Jacuzzi!
2 laundry facilities and a kitchenette in the basement.
It also offers a 6 person projector movie theater In the basement with a popcorn machine.
The saltwater pool and gym are not open at the moment for renovations and weather!
7 Large Smart TVs and all rgb Alexa lights in home
The space
Italian Mafia themed home with a large Saltwater pool, jacuzzi, 14 Rooms, sleeps 12... The detached gym in a loft Above the garage provides retreat when needed. The 8 Person Movie 🎭🎥 has Original collectors item of the Italian mob karate kid Scarface godfather movies..

Please request if you would like to have a pet as it will have to be approved and at an extra fee.

This is a neighborhood of family’s within walking distance from Woodward. They enjoy gathers but respect ones quiet hours after dark. NO late night parties.
