Cristine and Graziella were wonderful hosts who helped us book local dinner reservations, gave us tips on things to do in the neighborhood, and provided helpful proactive reminders."

"Das Haus ist in der Bergwelt Sardiniens sehr ruhig inmitten von Berg- und Landwirtschaft gelegen. Es ist eine fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Natur pur. Es hat Trinkwasser ab Hahn im Haus. Zudem sehr heisses Wasser ab Hahn, was sehr angenehm ist. Abstriche gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung selber haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden, jedoch musste das Küchengeschirr vor dem Gebrauch zuerst gereinigt werden und die Klobürste war vermutlich noch von letzter Saison....

Our welcome from Marcella and Marta was so warm and friendly, and they gave us an overview of both the house and of Nuoro, along with recommendations of where to eat and what to see. This place was spotless-- and so well-stocked with all the essentials, plus the little extras that only hosts with a true gift of hospitality would think of....

"Maria was exceptionally helpful throughout our 2 week stay at Casa Madreu, and was interested in where we had explored and offerred suggestions which were much appreciated. We went on long walks (6-7 hours) most days, and at the end of the day we always went swimming either at one of the lovely beaches n the coast, or in some beautiful pools in the nearby river. "We had a great stay in Vincenzo’s villa next to Orgosolo. The place is magical and perfect for someone that loves to enjoy beaches in the morning and peace in the evenings cooking all fresco and enjoying the stunning Mountain View’s. Vincenzo’s Dad, Pietro, was tending the gardens every morning and he was a true gentleman. They have given us their own grown tomatoes, and wine. The villa has a stunning character and charm. We stayed there for a week and every evening we cooked outside and dined...
