"This hotel every staff ate so friendly & helpful. Especially their front manager Bella & Bell boy 小洁。 room are clean & comfortable bed. We stay 2 nights after our 10 days road trip we decide to go back stay for 1 more night before we leave the city. Highly recommend "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Radisson Blu in Kashgar. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, we’re very helpful in helping us get around as we only spoke English. They recommended activities, and organized much of our transport. Hotel restaurant is good with a great selection of food throughout the day. The only drawback would be the location, we easily caught taxis to and from Radisson, however there is not much in the immediate hotel vaginitis if you were wanting to walk and...

"I reserved a double room and when I checked in they told me that I will get a single room because I was a single passenger. I told them that even though I was alone I wanted the double room. They wanted to give me the single room for the price of a double. Finally after getting the double room they told me that because of construction there was no water in the rooms. And supposedly there will be water in 1/2 hour. After one hour there was no water. I called the reception and they offered me...

"施設自体悪くない。朝食も良かった。しかし、チェックイン時にまさかの予約を受けていません。ホテルドットコムの予約確認書を見せても、メール画面を見せても認めない。約30分、英語もろくに話すスタッフがおらず、携帯の翻訳サイトを使った会話。最後は諦めたように予約とは違うタイプのキーを渡され、ちゃんと確認するけど予約は無いよと中国語。デポジットはとっておきます。翌朝のチェックアウトまで何の連絡も無く、終始不安で過ごすことになりました。チェックアウト時何の説明もなく、何事も無かったようにOK!のみ。デポジットも返されましたが、呆れて文句いう気にもならなかった。ほぼクレームです。ホテルドットコムさん共々説明を求めます。"
