"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"Considering the review of this place it was very Disappointing!! Bathroom smells, huge gaps under doors and terrible sound insulation means room is noisy, guests were hordes of industrial types occupying 4 or 5 rooms next to each other (& me) and were very disruptive, maids were very loud in morning from 7am, bed has brown itchy blankets wrapped in sheets, mattress is plastic wrapped. Staff speak no English, No security staff. No kettle in room. Packs of dogs howling like wolves throughout...

"It was on the moon river we had a container room. A bit small but quirky and different. It’s a lovely quiet place (relaxing) swimming pool ok Very good Thai breakfast . "

"The hotel is very nice and the staff and rooms and security are great, however, there is no hotel safe for valuables. There is only coffee available at breakfast time and there is no restaurant or kettle for a hot drink in the room. On the whole I enjoyed my stay and would stay again."
