"Very calming as relaxing experience. Staff is very friendly. Especially Abhishek and Sujith took good care of us. The general manager also was checking in on us daily at the high-tea. The views are quite serene and the whole place has a very peaceful & relaxing vibe. Waah Taj! "

"Our room at the Turtle was spacious, good and clean with a huge terrace with sea views. The pool area could have been cleaner and there was a shortage of sun beds and brollies. It was very easy to get to the beach by either hotel car or a tuk tuk was only INR 100. We spent most of our time on Lighthouse beach as at the left end, looking out to sea, there was an amazing snorkelling spot. Brilliant."

"Good hotel, rooms a bit small and in need of a freshen up, but not to bad. Could have done with a fridge in the Duluxe A/C room that we stayed in. Great food, no upset stomach all the time we were there ( 10 Nights ) Close to the beach, around a two minute walk away, nice pool, always sun beds available to use.Staff were helpful and good fun, they made our stay at the Akhil Beach really nice. "

"This isn't worth the cost per night. The accommodation is very basic a few steps above a shed, the AC didn't work properly and there were no services, nowhere to buy a coke or beer etc. I foolishly paid up front checked out a day early and they wouldn't refund me one night. However the environment/setting is beautiful but I felt I was being ripped off. "

"This hotel is one of the classic 4 star hotels in tvm that lived up to expectations as I stated here once 15 years or so ago. Am delighted with the cleanliness, overall room amenities, staff service and quality has been awesome! The food has been excellent as well with breakfast buffet spread. The only thing I felt that could be improved is the level of chlorine in the swimming pool, which in my view is a bit high. "
