Hotel with a Concierge in Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima from SAR 232

"Nice hotel, convenient location in the new part of town. Lovely beach across the street. Make sure you book a room with sea view. You will not be disappointed. You can even see the Spanish coastline (Tenerife) in the distance from your room. Too bad the hotel pool wasn’t open. I was there in January and had the pool been open, cleaned and heated I would have definitely used it. But I understand that it was winter temperatures in Morocco. For me as a Canadian it was like Spring. "

"I had a lovely lady called Hajar from the restaurant and every morning she would bring me and my mum breakfast to our room even when i couldnt be bothered to go downstairs for breakfast she would go out her way and bring me and my mum breakfast every morning outstanding service and asset to the hotel its rather to find staff that go over and belond in service. "

"The staff at the hotel definitely made our staff comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations on things to see and places to eat while in Tangier. The hotel was very unique and exceeded our expectations for our first trip to Morocco. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was lovely. We had dinner one night at the hotel which we thought was the better than many of the surrounding restaurants. The WiFi in the rooms was a bit spotty but worked well in the common sitting room and...

"The treatment by the receptionist at check in was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great and the room was really nice and the views were out of this world. Kitchen staff were great. "

"The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "

"Came to apartment and was told a/c did not work (no fans either) very few amenities at the apartment. No toiletries were provided (empty shampoo+soap bottles) and few towels. Bed sheets were also dirty and apartment was noisy at night. Apartment was nice and in good location but poorly advertised. Host was nice and responsive. Good WiFi. Elevator did not work when we arrived to the apartment at night."
