"Beautiful hotel, wonderful stuff, the food was amazing, all the waiters are very friendly and helpful i dont know all there names if not i mention everyone, front desk very helpul and the name of the hotel change is HS HOTSSON TAMPICO happy costumer, definelly we are coming back "

"The temperature in the building was not cool enough, we had a broken chair. The a/c in our room was also broken, we had to transfer to another room on our second day."

"It is a nice place to stay, the price is great, breakfast buffet is good, service is great, able to come in early with no problem! close to mall and restaurants, American Restaurants and Mexican Restaurants, WiFi works good! Pool was dirty once, but has been cleaned every time I've stayed there after I brought it to their attention!"
