"I slipped and fell in the dining area. They do not put any wet floor signage. Food on the floor not cleaned up and I ended up stepping on it and falling. They need to pay attention to the dining floor for and spillage . Good thing I didn’t get injured could have been a disaster knowing I picked up a safer hotel for my stay."

"There were holes in the ceiling, and mice came into my room, biting through my backpack. There was no hot water. There was no bathtub or shower, just a bucket. There was no soap, towel, bathroom tissue. There was no balcony that was advertised. The pickup promised to be arranged as "very reasonable" cost 10 times more that uber I used to return. The was no free taxi service to nearby attraction that are advertised."

"Maybe I was expecting much better and got disappointed but I stayed in Raddison blue the week prior and for a little extra I rather to star there. No water coming out of shower and the water was not hit; I actually had to ask to raise the water temp for the hotel. Now that is sad! The shower door would not close so I woukd end up with water on floor. The bed was ok though. They remodeled an old hotel. Mostly the lobby and restaurant area which was overly priced. Wifi is not included...
