"I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. "The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun."
