"The staff is rude especially the chief of housekeeping. When I couldn’t find the face towels in the washroom, I called the receptionist. A lady came opening my door without knocking, I was quite shocked, luckily I latched the door. She asked me what was my problem , so I told her about the missing towels. "Good location walking distance to ancient city wall and subway station Nan Shao Men. Supermarket and eating places are right downstairs. "Our best travel experience. The room is new with extra space in comparing with other China hotels. The staff are exceptionally helpful (buying train tickets in person for us). It is so conveniently located within 200 feet distance you can access to everything you need. We wish there is more hotel like this. The breakfast is fantastic and we all are over eaten at times.
