"The overall stay was fine and pleasant. The property and room was clean, though a little patchwork was visible on the walls. The spa and massage was very nice. The staff was friendly but had some weird policies like not giving water except on the first day of stay, so had to buy water, which is normally expected from a hotel to be provided. "The grounds were beautiful, even in the rain. The seaweed had made its way around to our side of the beach...that's nature, but the beach itself (when looking past the seaweed) was beautiful. The owners were super friendly, welcoming & interactive. They shared stories and were kind & courteous. They started us off with a few groceries, which was much appreciated. "The host are Very Nice! the setting on the beach is Very private n looks like a movie set! the ocean is a little ruff if your not a good swimmer. the villa is roomy with a nice kitchen."

"Nous avons été déçu par la vétusté de la chambre et l'odeur de moisissure. On trouve ce niveau de confort dans d'autres pays, pour beaucoup moins cher. Inadapté pur des bébés (pas de lit de bébé et pas de tuyau de douche). La climatisation n'était pas nettoyée et nous n'avons pas pu l’utiliser malgré le passage du technicien qui n'a fait qu'asperger avec un produit extrêmement fort. La responsable a fait ce qu'elle pouvait et nous a offert un repas dans le restaurant Le Chateau St Cloud (à 200m)...

"3 hours delay for check in, no any facility such as fridge, tv, dryer, drinking water etc in the room. Staff never gave me permission to use fridge and washing machine in lobby for using so rude and awful. I booked and paid for 3 nights but I stayed just for two nights because was so scary and nightmare. I booked this hotel because the review ratings was good but unfortunately was awful experience."
