It was not only a beautiful property in the middle of a vibrant area of Floridanopolis but what made it even more special was the welcoming and accommodating staff. In particular Luisa, who helped us with pretty much everything, including suggesting/beaches locations to visit as well as Patricia and Pedro who helped with our stay. 5 star well deserved. We will definitely want to come back. "

Empregados dos restaurantes e recreadores com máscaras inadequadas, fazendo com que alguns constantemente ficassem com elas caindo expondo nariz e boca, mesmo após alertados o problema continuou; Carta de vinho desatualizada em relação a disponibilidade da adega no restaurante próprio do hotel; Móveis precisando de manutenção, pois parecem muito velhos para um hotel dessa categoria; Camareiras precisando de treinamento...

"This is a beautiful place with great and friendly service. Very well located and the breakfast is amazing. Fresh fruits, cakes and eggs made to order. There is a swimming pool if you decide not to go to the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. About 18 minute walk to the beautiful beach. I’d definitely recommend."

"O local tem uma paisagem belíssima, lago exuberante. Porém Os chalés estão mal conservados, sendo que o chuveiro não funciona o misturador, tinham insetos que não eram do local, e em grande quantidade no quarto, Além de roupas de cama manchadas.Ficamos metade do tempo contratado e fomos pra outra hospedagem. A avaliação não condiz com a realidade. Obs: Restaurante do local muito b bom!!"
