"Great stay. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean and had a lovely smell when you entered through the doors. Very comfortable bed. Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. Hotel is very convenient for the train station and is only a short walk in to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i return to Salzburg "

"For my two nights in Salzburg the Imlauer Pitter was perfect. Great location, clean, nice free upgrade, the staff were above and beyond polite, respectful, helpful and courteous. Food in the skybar was wonderful and the view rewarding. Couldn't have picked a better hotel."

Drinks were served downstairs near reception and it was a very comfortable and cozy environment with different seating areas with a variety of options. The receptionists were helpful, fluent in English and German, and very professional. "
