"The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the location is great. Rum punch arrival is a welcome and bars do nice cocktails even though the selection was a bit limited. Prior to our arrival we requested room with beach view and informed them of our requirements for dairy free milk. We were not informed that room didn’t have a beach view but wasn’t a problem to be honest. The reception staff were responsive, polite and helpful. When we arrived the room was lovely and clean but no towels or shower...

"My kids and I spent 6 nights at True Blue and had a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and very helpful at arranging activities to explore the island. We loved listening to live music at the dodgy dock, exploring the bay with kayaks, swimming in the pools, doing yoga (amazing space and instructor) and lounging around the resort’s many comfy spaces. "

"Check-in was easy and quick. As for the area out and around the hotel, dirty and unkept. I realize that is not the responsibility of Sandals but it does make the outside are less attractive. We did travel to the market where the cruise ships dock. Lots of shops there, all the same kind of tourist souvenirs. We did have to arrange travel to and from town and the traffic was awful. "

"This resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and have amazing views. The food was wonderful, especially the lobster at Seafire Grill. It was perfectly prepared. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic getaway. "

"Very spacious cottages in Spanish style. Very good kitchenette, well equipped with quality dishes, and pots&pans. Very spacious bathroom. Great view of Mt. Hartmans Bay and Secret Harbour marina. Staff are very helpful and very accommodating."

"The location was steps away from a calm and beautiful beach. The room was cleaned extremely well everyday, staff friendly and helpful. Was very nice to have a kitchen to cook at times. Ideal for a family with enough space for all."

"The rooms are spacious and very clean with amenities such as washer / dryer in the unit... The property itself has an idyllic location - our bedrooms and living room had the most amazing view. The beach was a short walk down the hill and very private. Colleen, the concierge, and all the staff are very proactive in terms of checking in and making sure that all is going well throughout the stay. We will definitely visit again! THANK YOU! B. "Pictures don’t do Bay House justice. The view is worth the long rides/ walk up the hill to get to the property. The staff is friendly and so helpful whenever you need help or assistance. I would choose them all over again if I should return to Grenada "

"Beautiful location with views from the Restaurant area patio northwards, over the ocean. Crashing wave soundtrack is ceaseless. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant on site serves food and drink throughout the day. At times the wait can be long. "
