"Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Thanks!!"

"This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there. Empty and the server looked irritated we walked in. After ordering and being served a salad, he left. Went home. Told the bar tender his wife...

"Nice view, nice location, excellent event facilities. We had significant trouble checking out as we were charged twice. Once by ebookers and once directly. They claimed over and over again that ebookers does not pay them directly and it is our problem if we paid ebookers. We called ebookers they called the hotel and they would not answer the phone. So we called ebookers and handed the mobile to the staff. About an hour later they found that they were paid by ebookers (which they claim they...
