"Me gustó mucho, cabe decir que tienen habitaciones muy cómodas, buen desayuno...mi única queja es que un porcentaje de las habitaciones enfrentan la carrera 8va, o sea la vía principal del centro. Hay mucho ruido a toda hora y después de 3 noches, me fui con sueño en vez de haber descansado. "

"The hotel Hacienda Castilla is great. it is a 380 year old house very well adapted for a hotel, with the comforts and amenities of a modern hotel. Great mix of history and comfort! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a "hacienda" experience. The staff was fantastic, warm and friendly. "The receptionist was not customer friendly at all. Ask me for my passport in order to check in so if your a tourist from another country you don’t pay taxes. The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service "
