"“Luxury” room - old, loud, and tiny decrepit bathroom. Bugs hatched inside during our stay. The breakfast waiter yelled at us for coming to eat 30 min after start time. Tried to make us pay for the room again after we prepaid through hotels.com"

"The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre."
