"Hotel was priced great. Rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 rooms, each one had 3 single beds which was perfect for us. One room looked like the bathroom had been completely renovated and the shower had a door. The other room's bathroom just had a shower curtain and because the curtain was hung too high, water went all over the floor. Fixed this by lowering curtain. "We stayed for 2 days. Queen standard room. A couple things bothered me. When we checked in instead of the rate we booked with when making reservations ended up being close to 100 dollars more with zero explanation and due to nothing in else in the area being available we had zero choice. The cost of the breakfast buffet is pretty steep youre even charged a tea/coffee fee ($10 a day) on top of the daily breakfast fee. Since i drink neither i found that very odd especially with an over $20 daily...

"Very peaceful countryside setting. Perfect for the relaxation we were seeking. Classic architecture enhanced the ambiance as did the well-maintained gardens and grounds. "

"Hotel is very central & I found the hotel functional rather than comfortable. Room was clean & basic and the breakfast OK. Two real issues I had were: 1) Smallness of bathroom. There was no room for the sink, so that was in the bedroom itself & I couldn't put the shower mat down & close the door as there wasn't enough space. 2) I had paid for room in advance through Hotels.com but was asked on check-in & the following morning "If I had paid for the room" which I found a bit unsettling"

"Our family stayed here a couple of nights during our European vacation recently. Nice enough place, front desk only staffed during the morning hours. Otherwise had to dial from house phone to reach someone. WiFi was a little difficult to get, and 3 euro per day. rooms were clean though, and there was some parking available in rear lot."
