"I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a good value for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to assist. However, the cleanliness of both the public areas and rooms left something to be desired; I noticed hair and dirt in various spots. While these issues weren’t critical, they were noticeable and detracted from the overall experience."

The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan. "Great property, great staff. Very clean. Surrounding area needs work. Lot of traffic and pedestrian pathways suddenly end resulting in walking within the street. While most of the driver's in indonesia are good. It makes you feel unsafe. Most of the indonesia people seem nice . I haven't had any issue with others while walking around. However, I am an American Male, and in comparison to the typical Indonesian, I am observably larger. Which may factor into my safety."

"We came 2 hours earlier than check in time, hotel staff went out of their way finding rooms for us. We were given rooms with balcony and a beautiful view at a high floor. Great service. "

"Beautiful and pleasant hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodative. In-room dining was also a good experience, with tasty and affordable food. Only the aircond circulation was a bit warm and insufficient to be felt from on the bed. And shower cubicle smelled a bit odd but bearable."
