"Lovely onsen offering however the hotel experience was overall quite strange. definitely not a relaxing place on the weekend when many groups of Vietnamese tourists take over. 30 women in the onsen at once very noisy, leave sauna door open even staff do it. Restaurant also very noisy with big groups. Alarms on room doors constantly on siren as not closed properly. It’s a lovely place maby better during the week if you want to relax. Very minimal English spoken. No black coffee available (only extra sweetened) on breakfast buffet also kinda strange. Would try Hue Onsen if i was to do it all again"

"It's a nice place to stay at. Nice shared balcony to remax on. Quiet and safe. There were a couple of mosquitoes and some ants in the room. I spent only one night but can see you'd need some form of transportation to get around, to go eat or to check out the war museum. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Alba Wellness Resort, where the staff’s hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. We particularly enjoyed the variety of resort activities, including meditation and yoga classes led by Huong. The hot springs were a highlight, with Trang and the rest of the recreation staff providing informative guidance and support during pool and zipline activities. Having breakfast at Madam Chau Restaurant was another high point, with the restaurant staff going above and beyond to provide a welcoming and delightful experience. The reception staff was always attentive and responsive whenever we dialed 0, making sure our requests were promptly addressed. Housekeeping also did an exceptional job, maintaining the cleanliness of our room with great attention to detail. Self-parking was convenient, and the attentive staff at the parking lot were incredibly helpful, even offering umbrellas on rainy days to ensure we stayed dry. The onsen spa experience was remarkable, with skilled staff providing exceptional face and foot massages that left us relaxed and rejuvenated. Additionally, the buggy and bell services were both supportive and efficient, making it easy for us to navigate the resort comfortably. Thank you for making our family vacation memorable"

"The hotel is considered one of two of the best hotels in Dong Ha. The staff were professional and a treat to deal with. I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the location, nearby is the Dong Ha market and next to that is the Coop store (stocked with things I needed and they also have a Jolibees). I don't eat breakfast because of my health so I cannot comment on the included meal. My bathroom had a bathtub, flipflops are on offer, and I even had a ceramic tea pot with cups and saucers. For the total cost, I would gladly stay again. Oh, each night they leave a plate of fruit in each room. Never got to try the pool."

"Absolutely perfect. The property was stunning. All finished are high end and wonderfully designed. Large rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Great communal areas. Incredible rooftop. The service ladies during the day were so lovely and helpful, we communicated via google translate. Also security guard was at the property all night. The area is about a three to five minute drive from central, more residential but at least away from the buzzing scooter noise. Lots of nice walking paths around the canal and river. Would suit couples. "
