"We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for 6 nights. Patrizio was very communicative and Valery, the house manager, was so lovely. We came in the off-season in early spring but even with colder weather we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside each day with an espresso or glass of wine and taking in the spectacular views. "It was a night stay before getting to Rome and we arrived in the afternoon so we don’t have much to say. The only thing is that we thought it was a terme but it isn’t. the owner has one near. Our keys never worked well lucky our room was just near the reception . The restaurant is very good we enjoy th3 food and wine and specially the service given by Emmanuel, very friendly and made our dinner wonderful. "This hotel was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were a bit small, but we opened onto a balcony with a lovely view so we didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. The bed was extremely comfortable. Best of all was dinner in the main restaurant. Clearly a five star meal at a very reasonable price. Parking right in front of the hotel was a definite plus. "

"Hotel was ok, air conditioning stopped working on the last night but apart from that in good condition. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful although the head waiter was quite an unpleasant character. Breakfast was good and location lovely. "
