"We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for 6 nights. Patrizio was very communicative and Valery, the house manager, was so lovely. We came in the off-season in early spring but even with colder weather we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside each day with an espresso or glass of wine and taking in the spectacular views. "It was a great experience, our Host Silvia went out of her way to welcome and provide input on the city's activities and amenities, took the time to explain all the perks in the location and event went with us to the parking spot outside of city walls to show us the public parking and the way into the old city - great support"

"Hotel was ok, air conditioning stopped working on the last night but apart from that in good condition. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful although the head waiter was quite an unpleasant character. Breakfast was good and location lovely. "

"The decoration is a bit TOO old, looks like we went back time, but besides that its a great place to stay! right by the lake with a private beach, beautiful view! The breakfast was good, with lots of options, the eggs were premade and a little cold, but overall great! the staff was super nice! very recommended"
