"Etter å ha booket på hotel.com rett før ankomst (lettvint!) var det rene tilbakesteget da vi sjekket inn. Damen bak skranken hadde innsjekking på PAPIR og måtte på bakrommet for å sjekke bookingen vår på PC der, ettersom hun hadde alle andre bookinger på en lang liste printet ut. Passene ble behørig SKREVET inn på papir, og vi fikk også beskjed om at hvis vi ville ha noe i baren måtte vi lade et kort som vi kunne betale med der. Hvis vi ikke brukte alt, fikk vi ikke tilbakebetalt. Det gikk altså...

"Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. "Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman ! The hotel has lots of parking and is surrounded by incredible views. Our host chatted to us and gave us everything we needed and recommended some incredible things to do. "We love the closeness to the beach, the fact that we have access to bicycles to use, it is close to lots of bars, coffee shops and gelaterias. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trains are nosy but that is in every hotel on the main road of Pineto. When booking through Orbtiz the beach umbrellas were not included in the stay we had to pay extra for those.
