"Most of the listings show that the Albergo Del Senato is about a three minute walk from the Pantheon. It will only take that long if you add the time to catch the lift to get down to the ground floor, the Pantheon is literally outside the front door. That was our first surprise. The second was our room, small but perfectly sized for our three-day stay. The room had a tidy bathroom, comfortable bed and an amazing view of the Piazza della Rotonda and the Pantheon. "Nice small hotel, good buffet breakfast, cool lobby. Room service and dinner not so great, but lots of other restaurants around. Service in general is great, staff is very acomodating and polite. Location can not be better. Standard room/bath were very small but clean and ok for the prize. If you can upgrade to a larger one, you would be more comfortable. "
