"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. "Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful. "

"Great location between Corniglia and Manarola. Hotel perched up 1,000 ft above sea level and you can see down coast to Monterosso. Removed from noise of towns: quiet stay, amazing breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff and free shuttle to town hourly. "Great place to stay when visiting the Cinque Terre! Has a lot of parking spaces. Situated in the woods, very unique setting. Rooms are modest. Fridge and the safe were not working. Small coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was really good and added a bonus to this average hotel. Staff are amazing and pay attention to all your needs. "

"We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on...
