"The rooms were clean. and beds very comfortable. The internet was very bad so I could not use to work. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. "If you travel from US under any circumstance do not accept room 108!!! Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US. "All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. We were there for over a week and do not have anything negative to say. We will be returning in the Fall and will be staying here again."
