"The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. "Hotel Malpensa is a hidden gem. The reason I chose this hotel was the convenience to malpensa airport. They have free transportation from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is only three minutes away. My only issue was the transportation starts at 5am. My flight was 6:20 am. Too close for comfort. They offered to call a taxi, but the fee was my responsibility. $22 E to travel 3 minutes. I had no choice but to pay! "
