They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...

The room was very nice, clean and spacious, furniture very stylish and modern making you feel like in 5* hotel. Bathroom was nice and good to with basic supplies provided.
