"What an absolutely amazing experience! Baanthep is, by far, the best experience we have ever had in a Homestay property. If we could have stayed there for a year, we would have!! The entire family is welcoming and so focused on making the stay not just enjoyable, but memorable. The grounds are unique, the history is phenomenal and the passion for what they have built makes the experience. Just wandering around on the property with the family is tremendous! "I stayed there during a cross-country automobile trip. It was a convenient stop. It is not high season, so the restaurant and coffee shop were not open. The breakfast they served was nice. At first, they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them my Hotels.com itinerary and they handed me my key. The cottages are cute but A/C was weak. During the rainstorm in the afternoon, water leaked into the bathroom from the outside and we lost power for a minute. Overall, this seems like a theme park...

"Good location near some of the main attractions in Phrae . Pa Too is a gracious host who was happy to accommodate my dietary requirements for breakfast and even gave me a box of extra food for lunch. I was going somewhere off the beaten path after my stay here and Pa Too made several phone calls to make sure I would get there smoothly. Really nice of her! As for the accommodation, good WiFi and everything was very clean. The only downside is roosters at dawn, but I wake up early, so it wasn't a...
