"This has extremely small bedroom. In pictures, it looks big but it’s not the fact. It doesn’t have separate living room. Kitchen is part of small bedroom. There isn’t soap in bathroom. Parking space is limited. You may have to park on road. My clothes were wet even after 3 hours of keeping them in dryer. There wasn’t jeans. It was just simple formal. You have to pay separate for laundry where dryer isn’t functioning. It’s messy because small bedroom and kitchen is part of the bedroom....

"We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. "We had room number 5, which was a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony. It had a separate dining area and 2 couches. The bathroom was large and each room offered a nice view. Our hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that at 6 am the nearby church bells went off for what seemed like a few minutes without letup and that woke us all up. "

The people have become much less friendly, and are actually rude; and the place is getting run down - you can see it in the paint on the walls, stains on the carpet, etc. Breakfast is nothing special at all.
