"Amazing"

"The staff was really caring and lovely. However, the overall experience was not as we expect. The money-value balance needs to improve - starting from the breakfast which was a big dissapointment. The wifi in room was not working but we did not mention about this as we stayed only for two night. They might have done something about it. The location of the hotel is hard to find due to the challenges in the area and map apps. Comsidwr contacting with the hotel before you arrive."

"The food and the service was poor. I dont advice using their restaurant. The quality of the food and the presentation was under average"

"Bayramın 3.günü sabahı otelde kahvaltı salonunda tek bir eleman vardı ve kızcağız ne yapacağını şaşırmış durumdaydı. Ayrıca resepsiyona da bakıyordu. Kahvaltı çok zayıftı. Kaşık çatal yoktu. Her şey eksikti. Tuvalet çok pisti. Odaların büyüklüğü ve evcil hayvan kabul etmeleri dışında vasattı."
