"The hotel is very nice. The pool and pool bar are a nice option for lunch and a swim. My wife enjoyed the taste of the food offerings. My only issue was that the staff was not as friendly to my 2 year old as I am used to at other hotels in the area. I was also underwhelmed by the executive lounge. I will go back to the hotel but they need to step up the service compared to the other major hotel in CDO. "

"The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. While using the pool before leaving it, i discovered i didn't have my wedding ring. I was sure i had it on while swimming. It was getting dark, i told the front desk and they was able to locate it in the pool. Thanks for your assistance again!"

"I like the natural materials used in the construction. I do not like that there is no signal/wifi in my villa hut. I also do not like that there is no intercom either."

"Nice resort. As of January 2024, the restaurant is under major renovation. Temporary services have been set-up between the pool and the seaside boardwalk. Dining is at the mercy of the weather, wind, rain… very high potential resort. Probable a great stay once the Reno’s are complete."
