"Nice hotel with good service/friendly staff. We were looking for a place to stay downtown that would take our dog. This is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants, adjacent to the skating rink. Parking ramp is very tight. Overall good choice."

"We arrived before check-in time and were able to pay a low fee to check in early. The staff and manager seemed a little scruffy, but they were eager to help us and to ensure we had a good stay – which is what matters! Our ground floor room was quiet and safe. Everything we used functioned properly, with no weird tics. I wanted to try the breakfast, but ended up not getting to (due to family circumstances). Ah well. I would stay here again, so maybe next time."
