"Ukulhas syrjäinen, paikallinen saari. Aamiainen toimitettuna hotellille ei aina toiminut. Ei omaa keittiötä. Ystävällistä ja miellytävää palvelua suurimmalta osalta henkilökuntaa. Siisteydestä voisi pitää huoneissa parempaa huolta sekä pyyhkeiden vaihtamisesta. Pyydettäessä onnistui. Ihanan lähellä rantaa, joka oli pitkä ja rauhallinen. Täydellinen rentoutumiseen. Ei matkamuistomyymälöitä ja kauppojen valikoima muutenkin melko suppea, jopa paikallisia ajatellen."

"Amazing place to stay! Guest experience is truly at the heart of everything at Gunbaru. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt super well looked after by the amazing people at Gunbaru - nothing is too much trouble. The trips they can organise, especially snorkelling, are exceptional, and very good value. We swam with mantas, sharks, dolphins, turtles and an abundance of tropical fish. We also saw turtles 5 times at the edge of the reef right off Gunbaru beach (around 4pm seems...

"Perfect little gem of a resort. Delicious food, with locally-sourced options at every meal (don't miss the fish tacos!). Warm and friendly personal service. Diving is exceptional - instructors are patient with beginners and offered bespoke itineraries for qualified divers. The house reef is lively and healthy, and for sites further afield the best dive boat this side of the Caribbean. Rooms are beautifully put together. Just lovely. "

"My wife and I had a great time at Kuramathi, we all had an unforgettable experience esp given it was to one of our first resorts. There was a lot to do which we didnt do, lol. We had enough time to walk around, go at the beach, go at the pools and have juices and food on the fly. That was enough to keep us occupied during the day and the jacuzzi in the room was enough to keep us occupied during the night after a long day of activities. Definitely would recommend."

"This place seems like somebody used to care but not any more. Despite prior notice there was no-one to meet us off the ferry as the guy had fallen asleep. He then walked us to the place, photocopied our passports with his phone and someone nodded to our room. That was the last we saw of anyone in charge. We had paid for breakfast but there was no sign of that or any facilities to provide it. The room itself was dirty, empty for a long time and clearly just given a quick clean 5 minutes before...

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Palm Residence. There was a bit of a language barrier, but the staff were all excellent and the room was very nice."

"The owner is cool but friendly. The food price is reasonable and enough to get you full. The snorkeling is strongly recommend because the view is amazing. All in all, good memory with hotel staffs."
