Family Hotels in Nghe An Province from SAR 93

"Advised the hotel we would arrive late, when we got there we were advised our rooms had been on-sold. NO pool even though it is advertised as having one! NOT close to the beach/sea even though advertised as being so. No English speaking staff on duty, even though advertised as being so. Filthy rooms. A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AVAOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. "

"Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, it was very quiet in the area but the facilities were very good. In particular Phuong and Minh on reception were very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with both of them about the local area and they gave me some good tips on what to do. They were also keen to help me to provide great customer service!"

"Stayed during Tet. Rooms and hotel dated and in need of upgrade but ok. Price during holiday very cheap otherwise rating would be lower. Breakfast very limited and average at best. But unlike other hotels here this time of year at least they had heating. Great facilities in hot season but not even bar open this time so looks great and would be better at right time of year."

"There was nothing that good and I emailed Expedia letting u know that we are moving to another hotel and we expect a refund pool was disgusting green no massage breakfast was disgusting staff we terrible not a single work of English worst hotel we ever being I have photos to send Expedia"

" For the money you cannot complain at the time there was construction going on around the hotel . My only real complaint would have to be the drain for my shower was blocked this resulted with minor flooding in my room . "
