"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. "It is a beautiful and well equipped boutique hotel, large rooms, like being a guest at a mansion. Better than one tends to expect by judging beforehand from website photos (frequently I feel the opposite at other hotels). Eduardo, Macarena, Graciela, Lorena and all others at Antares, you made our stay special with all your attention and kindness. Location is the best, a few steps from the lakefront and pier, and close enough (but without the noise) from the best restaurants and shops. Property...
