"The “wellness room” that we had was beyond our expectations - sauna and whirpool bath in the room. Lucky to have a great view of the train tracks for our 21-month-old to stare at the many trains passing by. "

"We followed the instructions the hotel sent and found it with no problem. Its in a very central location so really convenient for sightseeing and transport connections. Check-in was quick and the room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was very good too with plenty of hot and cold choices. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that house-keeping forgot to replace tea, coffee, milk etc in the room each day, so we had to ask reception for more each night so we could have a cup of tea in the...

"Great location just outside of the old central city. Staff was very helpful. On site bicycle rentals were cheaper than the local shops and we did not need a car. One staffer, Nicholas, even put together a list of resources for learning Dutch. "

"Great location and close to the train station. TV didn’t work, but we were moved to another which also had a better view. The only other problem has was on check out when a meeting room fee had been added to our, which we had not booked or used. This was then deducted from the bill."

"This was a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay. Bus and the city center was all close by. It was in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We had joining rooms so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very comfortable stay at the Crowne Plaza. Good base for walking/exploring Utrecht and proximity to train station meant easy to visit elsewhere too. Room was clean and tidy and breakfast was very good. "

"The hotel is very nice. The service was very friendly, and the room was spotless. Perhaps the only drawback is the bathroom, since it has an exhaust fan running continuously, it is very cold in winter. But other than that, everything was great. "A warm welcome on arrival. Lovely room in a separate building to the main one. Nice gardens and view from the room. Access to the spa included, but the pool was out of use both days. Charged extra by accident when checking out, but recitifed when phoned."

"Overall, good quality hotel, centrally located. However at busy times getting access was difficult due to ongoing steam of bikes, also room was adjacent to railway tracks and only way to compensate was to put the AC on! We come to Utrecht regularly but will not return to this hotel as a number of good alternatives around. "
