"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "

Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. "Wonderful place to stay, great location. Close to everything- shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Clean and tidy unit. Had everything you need to cook your own meals. Comfortable seating outside. Helpful staff. Awesome for cycling in the achterhoek. Definitely recommended."

"Amazingly nice.. was driving from Frankfurt to Amsterdam and stopping to see a friend in Borken. This seemed like a good option and it was. My only one critic would be better and more pillows on bed. The ones they had on ours were extremely loose and not supportive so they collapsed easily. Had to compress and roll into a ball to get any support. Outside that one small complaint, fantastic and well taken care of and the town is adorable. "
