"Absolutely gorgeous hotel and grounds. The staff go above and beyond and really do pay attention to detail (kids colouring tables, board games and wellies to hire, as well as a box of sticks for dogs!). I was dubious about taking my 6 year old twins as I wasn’t sure if the hotel was kid-friendly, but the staff made them feel so welcome and they even got free ice creams! The room was lovely. "Lovely comfortable hotel right in the middle of Dorking. Lovely welcoming touches (welcome note in the room, complimentary sweet treats, fresh milk for teas etc.); very good a la carte breakfast; comfortable room with good radio and TV, and pod coffeemaker (plastic free pods); lovely toiletries in refillable bottles in bathroom; all the satgg we met were excellent. It suited usnvery well for our stay. Be aware that there are narrow and fairly steep stairs to many of the rooms, so check that out...

"Wow! Stunningly beautiful barn conversion in a wonderful location. Highlights were waking up to see two deer in the front yard and the amazing interiors. My partner particularly liked the 65” TV and I loved the modern kitchen, so much so I cooked on two nights. Wonderful local farm shop/butcher’s. Plenty of nearby pubs to enjoy too.
