"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us. "Really nice art deco hotel next to the train station, 5 minutes walk to the canal and 10 minutes walk to the centre. The beds were extremely comfortable! Good breakfast too. "

"Excellent building and exterior architecture.super location. Bathroom are nice and updated..bedrooms not so. No lockbox in room and entry key is old and too large to carry in pocket. Requires you to drop off and pickup. Enjoyed the stay and the location but still needs updating. I was at the hotel 20 years ago and it has improved a bit since then."
