First, the good: the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, it was easy and reasonably priced to book a private taxi through the hotel for day trips, and the breakfast buffet was really good. "While the staff are quite nice and helpful, the rooms are a little run down. The AC doesn't work very well so it was pretty hot during the night. Note that the front rooms of the hotel face a noisy street so it's best to request a room in the back if you're a light sleeper. Staff were nice and helped us change rooms because of the noise. Overall, ok place to stay, but nothing too nice."

"I've stayed here before, so I was very disappointed that I was treated so badly this time. I was put in a room where nothing worked. All of the batteries in the remote controls were dead. I had to call down to have them come up and fix things. The worst though was a shower that didn't work. They tried to act like the fault was that the city was shutting off the power at certain times during the day, but my friends in other rooms had no such problems.
