"This hotel has a wonderful location, just past Jose Ignacio. Unfortunately it is now rundown and unkempt. The grounds, which were lovely when the hotel first opened, are now a disaster. Doubt they have seen a gardener all summer. There were big black ants traveling up the walls outside our room. Huge dead water bugs lay on the floor of the restaurant bathroom. Quite unappealing, to say the least. This hotel could be fantastic, but needs a lot of TLC, and it is not receiving it. "

"Casa Zinc is a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of nearby Punta and even nearer, La Barra. Expect quiet relaxation in a lovely place that takes you back to an antique era. Excellent and friendly service, lovely and unique rooms, all in a tucked away spot that is both convenient and cozy. A great place to stay in the area. You will be happy you chose to stay at Casa Zinc!"

"Stay away od tenis place. This place is a joke. I booked one suite and by arriving I was told that the suites are not available. They offer me standard double room. Finally I went away of this place."

"Everything I had read about this hotel came true and even exceeded expectations. It truly feels like being at home. Everything within the property is beautiful, high-quality, cozy, pleasant, and perfect. The staff, for the most part, is very friendly and eager to ensure the experience is as enjoyable as possible. I truly appreciate all their attentiveness and congratulate them on such a wonderful hotel."
