"This was a good hotel just one short Monorail stop from the city centre and a short walk from the main nightlife area. It was good value for money. The room spacious , clean and service was good. I also used the hotel gym was very quiet and reasonably equipped."

"This hotel is the best for me n my big family! The room was big everything was clean the bed was comfy the breakfast was great all the staffs was so helpful and friendly!! Everything for this hotel was great n nothing bad on it! Me n family definitely will come back for it!! "

"Mr. Joe & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I've stay for 3day & 2 night. The surrounding was good & the breakfast also very nice . Only a few things I think that they can improve is to provide a tea/coffe & mug in the room because they provide cattle but no mug provided. I have to borrow from the cafe & also the television on my room is not function properly. The channel sometimes got sometime none. But overall is ok & the pool also good . "The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"Great getaway resort away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a couple nights stay as may run out of activities within the vicinity if staying longer. Staff were amazing and kind! Thank you to all!! Property condition is a bit outdated with expected wear and tear but kept clean enough for an enjoyable stay."

"This is a very affordable place. The rooms are basic but clean with air conditioner. Bathrooms are assigned to each room but not internal. Staff are great and so is the resident dog."

"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!"
