"The room service was unsatisfactory. The bedsheets were not clean, the iron and ironing board were dirty and the iron was not functional. The cups were not washed, and despite three attempts to get a clean kettle (including a promised delivery the following morning), none was provided. A complaint about the malfunctioning mini-fridge was ignored, and there was also a disruption to the water supply. "

"Mr. Joe & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I've stay for 3day & 2 night. The surrounding was good & the breakfast also very nice . Only a few things I think that they can improve is to provide a tea/coffe & mug in the room because they provide cattle but no mug provided. "This place is small but beautiful. The pace is slow and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. There are activities to do each day if you want a bit of action and the equipment is all available. The timing of the scheduled activities can be a bit hit and miss but they make them available if you want them. Poolside is very relaxing. The spa treatments are wonderful with Amy but make sure you try and book them in advance. Lovely breakfasts and menu in general. A great...

"This is a very affordable place. The rooms are basic but clean with air conditioner. Bathrooms are assigned to each room but not internal. Staff are great and so is the resident dog."

"Rooms are basic but the location to orangutan rehab center, etc and wilderness surrounds is all worth it. Unique jungle experience. Staff and owners were so very helpful and considerate. Excellent cook here! We had a medical episode and the owners and staff couldn’t do enough to assist us! Thank you to Jessica and her staff."
