"This hotel deserves all 5 stars hands down. With exceptional service from all staff, delicious food and beautiful decor! The maids were brilliant and made us smile always saying hello they even went the extra mile and did quirky decorations on the bed with dressing gowns and flowers. The bar staff were so attentive and friendly even if we did not move a muscle from our lounger. The entertainment team always pleasant and made conversation not to mention their flamboyant dancing skills much to our amazement , absolutely brilliant 😃 All I ask is that the entertainment team deserve attire that matches their talent… We were made to feel special, we loved our stay ❤️ "

"Would never go back there or recommend this property to anyone. The front desk staff are a bounch of crooks. I had a emergency back home with my mother in law who is in hospice and had to leave 2 days early and they would not refund the 2 nights. They call a cab to pick us up and take us to the capital of Tunisia and charged us 183.00 USD when the cost was really 30.00 USD. We ended up having to call the tourism police where they gave us our money back. All corrupt would not back."

"Great stay and super quick walk to the amphitheater. We were welcomed warmly and had everything we needed. The pool was a plus for our son."
