"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel! It's in a fantastic location, and the food is just amazing. It's also super kid-friendly and has a modern vibe that we really appreciated. Plus, it’s packed with great amenities. The service was top-notch too!"

"The whole bottom row of weights in the gym are missing. When I showed the manager and asked her what happened to them, she said she didn’t know. She tried to tell me that they never bought all the weights, which is impossible. Those things come as a set. But nobody who worked there seemed to think it was a big deal. It’s a big deal if you pay good money to stay at a hotel and you want to use the gym."

"Casa Verano is beautiful! and the staff is AMAZING. The only negatives are that the beach can get pretty load when the locals are blasting music on the weekend days, and there aren't many restaurant options within walking distance. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Verano."

"We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"
