We arrived exactly on time for reception, but no one was there just a note with undecipherable directions to room which was several buildings and 400m away - no map as to location and poor written directions. Also, the Expedia cost was supposed to be $174.90 USD but charged $212.99 USD - $38.09 USD extra for breakfast for 2? Seems a bit high for breakfast!"

"This is the best place to stay in Rocamadour. The hotel is located next to the main lookout point offering views of the old town. The path leading down to the old town starts next to the hotel. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. Rooms on one side have a view, others do not. The restaurant and bar are good. The staff are attentive, energetic, and friendly. Rooms are spotless. "It was a lovely hotel and not too far to walk to main attractions and restaurants. Pool was very nice and lovely to get a short swim in and relax after long car journey . Bit of a walk up from restaurant in evening unfortunately lift stopped at 8pm. Only thing check in is from 4 and could have done with it being bit earlier even though could park there ."

"This charming little Auberge was the final stopover on a 4000km road trip, so we had seen a lot of places. This one was one of the best. The room was at the top of the tower (no lift) so you need to be able bodied, but is was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent in the evening, the breakfast was 'adequate' for the price. We loved the area and intend to return to explore a little more around there. We will certainly stay here again."
