"Firstly we were asked to pay on arrival, and for 10 Euro extra because our son was older than they expected even though his age was on the booking form; then the free wifi didn't work and the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. However, the biggest problem was that we were the only family in the hotel apart from a big wedding group which occupied all the facilities (including the patio which had been our reason for choosing the hotel). "We have stayed there for the second time. It is a very nice hotel, cool environment and cozy rooms. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was spacious and with very good soap. The room was very spacious. Breakfast had a good options and it was delicious. The pool was warm and nice. Bad sides: no offering of towels for sauna, no clear information regarding city tax and we got awake at 06h45 because they were using the cleaning cart in our corridor for 2 hours."
